This particular road is an absolute beauty with fast flowing corners slowly climbing finishing on a couple of long high speed crests. Yeah boi….

  1. hi just building kp60 starlet for gravel ralling, is there any advantage in haveing longer wheel base ? where can you get body parts ?thanks geoff

    1. Hi Geoff, Great question. Yes it is advisable to have a slightly longer wheelbase than the stock Starlet wheelbase. The goal is to get near a BDA Ford Escort. They have a 94.75” wheelbase. And aim for a rear wheel track width of 52.5” , and front of 51.75”.
      But this all depends on how far you want to go with development of the car and pace you want to go at.
      I live in New Zealand and we can still get some body parts but only second hand.
